With 10 years of experience in the production of thermal slats for roller shutters, our rigorous testing conducted in extreme conditions ensures the quality and durability of our products. The aluminum strips used, sourced from the 3005/3105 alloy, boast a hardness of H48 and a thickness of 0.25 mm, further reinforced by an additional layer of paint to achieve a final thickness of 0.28 mm.

To ensure optimal resistance, we employ an external covering based on polyurethane resin with polyamide, providing good adhesion, UV resistance, and corrosion resistance, while the internal covering, made of flexible epoxy resin, ensures excellent adhesion and additional strength.
